UDISE+ STUDENT MODULE

UDISE+ ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ અંતર્ગત STUDENT MODULE માં વિદ્યાર્થીઓના Promotion/Progression કરવા અંગેની માર્ગદર્શિકા શાળાએ ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં Promote કરવા માટે લિંક   વેબ બ્રાઉંઝરમાં open કરવી જેથી નીચે દર્શાવ્યા મુજબનું વેબ પેજ ખુલશે.

In which the 11-digit UDISE school code of the school has to be typed in the USER ID details, while in the Password details, the password received via SMS on the mobile number given by the school has to be typed. In the Captcha details, the 6 (six) digit code shown in red font has to be typed. After that, the Login button has to be clicked.

- By clicking on the Login button, a screen will open. In which the page showing the academic year and  will open. Here the school has to click on the button of the academic year . By clicking on the button of the academic year, a screen will open in which the number of students according to the standard-wise section/department of the school of the previous academic year  will be shown. Since the students of the previous academic year  were not promoted in the current academic year  the number of students is shown as zero (0) in the above page. Now the school will have to click on the Progression Activity button shown on the left side of the page to promote the students in the academic year In which, the school will have to select the standard in Select Class and the section/department working in that standard in Select Section shown in the above page to promote the students of standard-1 in Select Class and A in Select Section and click on the Go button.

For example, to promote the students of standard-1, the school will select standard-1 in Select Class and A in Select Section and click on the Go button, a page showing the list of students of section 3 of standard-1 of the school in the previous year  will open.

> Promoted: The school will have to select this option when the student has passed the exam in the previous academic year  and wants to promote to the next standard in the current academic year 

>Not Passed: The school will have to choose this option when the student did not pass the examination in the previous academic year  and has to repeat in the same standard.

> Promoted without Examination: The school will have to choose this option when the student did not take the examination in the previous academic year  due to illness or any other reason and has to be promoted to the next standard in the current academic year .

> Discontinued before Examination: The school will have to choose this option when the student stopped coming to school before the examination in the previous academic year and is leaving the school without taking a school leaving certificate or without taking a school leaving certificate.

→ Repeater by Choices. The school will have to choose this option when the student is weak in studies and his parents/guardians want their child to repeat in the same standard in the current academic year 

Marks % : In the details, the school will have to indicate the percentage (%) of the marks obtained by the student in the examination of the previous academic year .

No. of Days School attended : In the details, the school will have to indicate the number of days the student attended school in the previous academic year .

Schooling Stalus : In the details, the school will have to indicate the schooling status of the student in the current academic year.> Studying in same school: The school will have to select this option when the student is studying in the same school in the current academic year

Left school with TC/without TC: The school will have to select this option when the student is leaving the school with or without a School Leaving Certificate.

Class & Section to be Promoted: In the details, the student is to be promoted in the current academic year The details of the standard to be promoted to the next standard in  will be automatically displayed while the details of the section will have to be selected.

After filling all the above details, click on the Update button.

After clicking on the Update button, a message will appear in the dialog box as shown below.

The student's status details will show Done. 

જેમાં USER IDની વિગતમાં શાળાનો ૧૧ અંકનો UDISE શાળા કોડ ટાઈપ કરવો જયારે Passwordની વિગતમાં શાળાએ આપેલ મોબાઈલ નંબર પર SMSથી મળેલ Password ટાઈપ કરવાનો રહેશે. Captcha ની વિગતમાં લાલ અક્ષર(Red font) માં દર્શાવેલ દર્શાવેલ ૬ (છ) અંકનો કોડ ટાઈપ કરવાનો રહેશે. ત્યારબાદ Login બટન પર ક્લિક કરવાનું રહેશે.

- Login બટન પર Click કરતા જે screen ખૂલશે.જેમાં શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ તથા  દર્શાવતુ પેજ ખૂલશે. અહીં શાળાએ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ના બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે. શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ના બટન પર Clickકરતા જે  Screen ખૂલશે જેમાં ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના શાળાના ધોરણવાર સેક્શન/વિભાગ મુજબ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા દર્શાવેલ હશે. ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં Promote કરેલ ન હોવાથી વિદ્યાર્થીઓની સંખ્યા ઉપરોક્ત પેજમાં શૂન્ય (0) દર્શાવેલ છે. હવે શાળાએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ માં Promote કરવા પેજની ડાબી બાજુએ દર્શાવેલ Progression Activity બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે. જેમાં શાળાએ ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષના ધોરણવાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં Promote કરવા માટે ઉપરોક્ત પેજમાં દર્શાવેલ Select Classમાં ધોરણ તથા Select Sectionમાં તે ધોરણમાં કાર્યરત સેક્શન/વિભાગ પસંદ કરી Go બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે.

દા.ત. શાળાએ ધોરણ-૧ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓને Promote કરવા માટે Select Classમાં ધોરણ-૧ તથા Select Section માં A પસંદ કરી Go બટન પર Click કરતા શાળાના ગત વર્ષ ના ધોરણ-૧ના સેક્શન 3ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની યાદી દર્શાવતું પેજ ખૂલશે.

> Promoted: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીએ ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩માં પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ હોય અને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ માં આગળના ધોરણમાં Promote કરવાનો હોય.

>Not Passed: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીએ ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં પરીક્ષા પાસ કરેલ ન હોય અને તે જ ધોરણમાં રીપીટ કરવાનો હોય.

> Promoted without Examination: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીએ બિમારી કે કોઈ અન્ય કારણોસર ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં પરીક્ષા આપેલ ન હોય અને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦માં આગળના ધોરણમાં Promote કરવાનો હોય.

> Discontinued before Examination: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષ ૨૦૨૨-૨૩માં પરીક્ષા પહેલા શાળાએ આવવાનું બંધ કરેલ હોય અને શાળામાંથી શાળા છોડયાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર લઈને અથવા શાળા છોડયાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર લીધા વગર શાળામાંથી જતા રહેલ હોય.

→ Repeater by Choices. શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી અભ્યાસમાં નબળો હોય અને તેના માતા-પિતા/વાલી બાળકને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં તે જ ધોરણમાં રીપીટ કરવા માંગતા હોય.

Marks % : ની વિગતમાં શાળાએ ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષની પરીક્ષામાં વિદ્યાર્થીએ મેળવેલ ગુણ"ની ટકાવારી (%) દર્શાવવાની રહેશે

No. of Days School attended :  ની વિગતમાં શાળાએ વિદ્યાર્થીની ગત શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં શાળામાં હાજર રહેલ દિવસોની સંખ્યા દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.

Schooling Stalus ની વિગતમાં શાળાએ ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં વિદ્યાર્થીની શાળાકીય

સ્થિતિ દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.> Studying in same school: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં આ જ શાળામાં અભ્યાસ કરી રહેલ હોય

> Left school with TC/without TC: શાળાએ આ વિકલ્પ ત્યારે પસંદ કરવાનો રહેશે કે જ્યારે વિટાર્થી શાળામાંથી શાળા છોડયાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (School Leaving Certificate) લઈને અથવા લીધા વગર શાળામાંથી જતા રહેલ હોય.

>Class & Section to be Promoted: ની વિગતમાં વિદ્યાર્થીને ચાલુ શૈક્ષણિક વર્ષમાં આગળના ધોરણમાં Promote કરવાનો હોય તે ધોરણની વિગત આપો આપ આવી જશે જ્યારે સેક્શનની વિગત પસંદ કરવાની રહેશે.

ઉપરોક્ત તમામ વિગત ભર્યા બાદ Update બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે.

Update બટન પર Click કર્યા બાદ નીચે દર્શાવ્યા મુજબ Dialog box માં Message આવશે.

વિદ્યાર્થીના   Status ની વિગતમાં Done દર્શાવશે.

દરેક ધોરણના સેકશન મુજબ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિગત Update કર્યા બાદ જ પેજ ને અંતે દર્શાવેલ બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે. જેથી  Dialog box ખૂલશે જેમાં જે તે ધોરણ તથા સેકશનના Update કરેલ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના status મુજબ સંખ્યા દર્શાવશે.

શાળાએ Confirm બટન પર Click કર્યા પહેલા વિદ્યાર્થીઓની Update કરેલ વિગતમાં કોઈ ભૂલ ન હોય તેની ખરાઈ કર્યા બાદ જે Confirm બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે.

આમ દરેક ધોરણના સેકશન મુજબ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની વિગત Update તથા Finalize કર્યા બાદ શાળાએ

Viwe Summary બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે. View Summary બટન પર Click કરતા શાળાએ Update કરેલ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની Summary દર્શાવતું પેજ ખૂલશે. શાળાએ ઉપરોક્ત પેજમાં દર્શાવ્યા મુજબના તમામ ધોરણના વિદ્યાર્થીઓની Update કરેલ વિગતોની - પૂર્વક ખરાઈ કર્યા બાદ Finalize Progression બટન પર Click કરવાનું રહેશે. Finalize Progression બટન પર Click કરતા નીચે મુજબનું પેજ ખૂલશે

છેલ્લે તમામ માહિતી ચકાસી ચેક્બોક્ષ સિલેક્ટ કરી સબમીટ કરવું
