જમીનના  7/12, 8-અ અને અન્ય દાખલા કઢાવવા હવે ઈ-ધરા કે ઈ-ગ્રામ સેન્ટર પર નહિ જવુ પડે.તમારા ફોનમાથી જ 5 રુ. ફી ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્ટ કરી જમીનના  કોઈપણ દાખલા ડાઉનલોડ કરી પ્રીન્ટ કાઢી શકશો. અને આ દાખલા કોઈપણ જગ્યાએ માન્ય ગણાશે. 7-12, 8-અ અને અન્ય દાખલા iORA પરથી ડાઉનલોડ કરવાની માહિતી

3. DIGITALLY SIGNED ROR/ ડિજિટલી સાઇન્ડ ગામ નમૂના નંબર
After click here on the button and give Mobile Number. Now Enter text shwon above and get Received OTP.  select any of the choices as per your requirement. 
4. Then enter your land details like District, Talukas, village, survey number/Khata number.
5. After that enter verification code and click on on the get details button Now you'll check Any RoR district from following
6. AnyRoR/ i-ORA પોર્ટલ મારફત ઓન-લાઇન ડિજિટલી સાઇન્ડ ગામ નમૂના મેળવવા માટેની કાર્યપધ્ધતિ
7. સૌપ્રથમ મહેસૂલ વિભાગના AnyRoR (https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in) અથવા =iORA
8. (https://iora.gujarat.gov.in) પોર્ટલ પર જાઓ
9. 2 AnyRoR અથવા I-ORA પોર્ટલના મુખ્ય પેજ પર દર્શાવેલ “Digitally Signed RoR/ ડિજિટલી સાઇન્ડ ગામ નમૂના નંબર" પર Click કરો.
10. તમારો મોબાઇલ નંબર દાખલ કરો.
11. સ્ક્રીન પર દર્શાવેલ સંખ્યાદર્શક કેપ્ચા કોડ વાંચીને તેની નીચેના ટેક્સબોક્સમાં દાખલ કરો.
12. કેપ્ચા કોડ વાંચી ન શકો તો “Refresh Code" પર Click કરો જેથી નવો કેપ્ચા કોડ સ્ક્રીન પર જોવા મળશે.
13. ૫ કેપ્ચા કોડ દાખલ કર્યા બાદ "Generate OTP" પર Click કરો OTP જનરેટ કરવાથી આપે દાખલ કરેલ મોબાઇલ નંબર પર વેરીફિકેશન કોડ મળશે.
14. મોબાઇલ નંબર પર મળેલ વેરીફિકેશન કોડ ટેક્ટબોક્સમાં દાખલ કરી “Login" પર Click કરો "Login" પર Click કર્યા બાદ ડિજિટલી સાઇન્ડ ગામ નમૂના મેળવવા માટેનું ફોર્મ ખુલશે
15. જરૂરી ગામ નમુના નંબર અને તેને સંલગ્ન જિલ્લો, તાલુકો, ગામ અને સરવે/બ્લોક નંબર/ ખાતા નંબર નોંધ નંબર પસંદ દાખલ કરી “Add Village Form" પર Click કરો.
16. આપને જરૂરી ગામ નમૂના નંબર ની વિગતો એક પછી એક ઉપર જણાવેલ મુદ્દા (૮) મુજબ "Add Village Form" પર Click કરી યાદી તૈયાર કરો.
17. ૧૦ જરૂરી ગામ નમૂના નંબર ની યાદી તૈયાર કર્યા બાદ ચકાસણી કરી “Procced For Payment" પર Click કરો.
18. “Procced For Payment પર Click કર્યા બાદ જો યાદી માં સુધારો જણાય તો “Cancel Request" પર Click કરો અથવા રકમ ની ચુકવણી માટે “Pay Amount” પર Click કરી 5 રૂપિયાની ચુકવણી ઓન-લાઈન કરો. 

નોંધ:

1. અ) રકમ માત્ર ઓન-લાઈન જ ભરવાની છે.
2. બ) ઓન-લાઈન રકમ ભરતા પહેલા ઓન-લાઈન પેમેન્ટ કરવા અંગેની પોર્ટલના મુખ્ય પેજ પર દર્શાવેલ સુચનાઓ કળજીપૂર્વક વાંચી લેવી
3. જરૂરી રકમની ચુકવણી બાદ તૈયાર થયેલ ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે સ્ક્રીન પર મળશે. સ્ક્રીન પર જણાવેલ “Download RoR” પરથી ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર ડાઉનલોડ કરો.
4.  નોંધ:  અ)જો રકમની ચુકવણી બાદ ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર તૈયાર થયેલ ન હોય તો “Generate RoR" પર Click કરી ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર તૈયાર કરો.
5. બ) એકવાર તૈયાર થયેલ ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર આપના લોગીનમાં ૨૪ કલાક સુધી ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે ઉપબ્ધ રહેશે.
6. ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર ડિજિટલી સાઇન્ડ હોય છે અને તે રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા માન્ય કરેલ નકલ છે.
7. ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર માં દર્શાવેલ ક્યુઆર કોડ (QR Code) સ્કેન કરવાથી કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થા તેને સર્વરની કોપી સાથે ચકાસણી કરી શકે છે.
8. ૧૫ ડિજિટલ ગામ નમૂના નંબર માં દર્શાવેલ ક્યુઆર કોડ (QR Code) ની નીચે જણાવેલ યુનિક નંબર https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/rorverify.aspx પર દાખલ કરીને પણ કોઇ પણ વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થા તેને સર્વરની કોપીસાથે ચકાસણી કરી શકે છે.

 7-12 and 8-A Utara in Gujarat  

Procedure for obtaining on-line digitally signed village sample through AnyRoR / i-ORA portal

1. Firstly AnyRoR of Revenue Department (https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in) or = iORA  (https://iora.gujarat.gov.in) Go to the portal
2. 2 Click on “Digitally Signed RoR / Digitally Signed Village Sample Number” displayed on the main page of AnyRoR or I-ORA portal.
3. Enter your mobile number.
4. Read the numeric captcha code displayed on the screen and enter it in the textbox below.
5. If you cannot read the captcha code, click on "Refresh Code" so that the new captcha code appears on the screen.
6. બાદ After entering captcha code click on “Generate OTP” Generating OTP will get the verification code on the mobile number you entered.
7. Enter the verification code found on the mobile number in the text box and click on “Login”.
8. Enter the required village sample number and its associated district, taluka, village and survey / block number / account number note number and click on “Add Village Form”.
9. Make a list by clicking on "Add Village Form" one by one as per the above mentioned point (2) details of the village sample number you need.
10. After preparing the list of 10 required village sample numbers, check and click on “Procced For Payment”.
11. After clicking on “Procced For Payment” if the list shows improvement then click on “Cancel Request” or for payment of the amount click on “Pay Amount” and pay the required amount online. Note:
12. A) Amount to be paid online only.
13. B) Carefully read the instructions on the main page of the portal regarding online payment before paying the amount online.
14. The digital village sample number prepared after payment of the required amount will be available on the screen for download. Download the digital village sample number from the “Download RoR” mentioned on the screen.
15.  Note: a) If digital village sample number is not ready after payment of amount, then click on “Generate RoR” and prepare digital village sample number.
16. B) Once generated digital village sample number will be available for download in your login for 3 hours.
17. The digital village sample number is digitally signed and is a duplicate approved by the state government.
18. By scanning the QR Code shown in the Digital Village sample number, any person or organization can verify it with a copy of the server.
19. Any person or organization can also verify it with a copy of the server by entering the following unique number https://anyror.gujarat.gov.in/rorverify.aspx below the QR Code shown in the 12 Digital Village Sample Number.

Types of Land Records in Gujarat AnyRoR:

VF7: Village Form 7 is understood as 7/12 or satbara utara.You can access your land details, ownership details of specific land, boja and other rights details from VF7 form.

VF 8A: Village Form 8A provides Khata details. From this type you'll access Khata Number and Owner Details.VF6: Village Form 6 is register which maintain by Talati or Village Accountant to integrate day to day changes in land record. By using this you'll check any changes in entry details.135 D: 135 D may be a Notice to Mutation. once you apply for Mutation, Talati prepare Notice 135D.This notice is served to Khatedars concerned relevant parties and the other interested parties for any objections..

Enter Verification Code (Captcha) and click “Get Detail” button to generate desired report.You can check Any RoR of following districts on Ahmedabad, Amreli, Anand, Aravalli, Banaskantha, Bharuch, Bhavnagar, Botad, Chhota Udaipur.

Dahod, Dang, Devbhoomi Dwarka, Gandhinagar, Gir Somnath, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Kutch, Kheda.

Mahisagar, Mehsana, Morbi, Narmada, Navsari, Panchmahal, Patan, Porbandar, Rajkot.

Sabarkantha, Surat, Surendranagar, Tapi, Vadodara and Valsad district.

How to get certified computerized copy of Gujarat Land Records?   anyror.gujarat.gov.in is the only official website for checking and downloading RoR. 7/12 Utara, Form 8A etc in the Gujarat State. Do not use other websites or mobile apps with similar names.

If you want computerized certified copy of 7/12 Utara, 8A or 6 entry follow the given steps hereYou should visit nearest e-Dhara Kendra. You can find e-Dhara Knedra at local Taluka Mamlatdar office.

At local e-Dhara Kendra you can request for RoR print. Please note that you must have Survey Number, Khata Number, Farm Name or Khatedar Name with you while requesting RoR print.

Operator will confirm records details first then will print 7/12 or 8A from the computer.

e-Dhara Dy Mamlatdar or any nominated personnel signs and stamps requested computerized RoR, which is handed over to you.

Note:

User charges of Rs. 15/- are collected Signature of applicant for receiving computerized demanded RoR is taken in RoR issuance register.
